Remembering Who We Are...

A tree does not learn a thing between the time it is a seedling and the time it towers over the world, majestically holding its ground. It has simply become more tree. It has not learned how to do that. It knew that all along. It came to life itself knowing how to “be a tree.” Every wisdom, every knowledge, every understanding about “tree-ness” rested in that seed. In that tiny, tiny seed. The tree needed nothing more, and it had to do nothing but become more of itself. Do you think it is any different with you?
